Erin Finn began her dance journey at a young age, training in Louisville, Kentucky under the direction of Jennifer O’Brien. After high school she was awarded the Governor’s School for the Art Scholarship to attend Western Kentucky University, where she received a Bachelors in Dance and minor in Biology. She performed works by choreographers such as Carlos Dos Santos (Alvin Ailey), James Clouser (Royal Winnipeg Ballet), Eric Rivera and Angelica Burgos (Ballet Hispanico). She also trained with the Alvin Ailey School and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. Her most memorable experiences took her all the way to Italy, where she trained and performed with Balleto de Civitavecchia for two summers, under the direction of Clifton K. Brown.

She landed her first job right after graduation as a soloist with DLongDance and performed at both the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and MixMatch Dance Festival in Los Angeles. She moved to Chicago and worked with Elements Contemporary Ballet for three years, while also performing for several contemporary and jazz choreographers and companies throughout the city. Since moving to New York, she has had the opportunity to perform at numerous venues throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Some of the most memorable were the Parson’s School of Design Gala, Marc Jacobs Fashion Week (2020), and Eglevsky Ballet’s The Nutcracker.

Her passion for health and wellness led her to earn her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. When Erin is not dancing, she incorporates her love of fitness and helping others as a stretch therapist at LYMBR in Manhattan. Erin is an artist who prides herself in authenticity, hard work, and a firm belief that in order to continue to grow, we must continue to learn.
